There is a lot of movies coming out in 2022 with the obvious blockbuster Unexplored, but there are four new movies in February that you really can’t miss. We’ll revisit an old classic and be terrified of a new alien species. We’ll warm our hearts with the love of a four-legged friend and make perhaps the greatest new rock album of all time.

moon fall

Release date: February 4, 2022

The plot of Moonfall centers on an alien force taking over the moon. It pushes it towards Earth, causing massive polar shifts on the planet. A space crew takes off from the planet and heads to the moon. They will try to destroy the cosmic entity and save the planet.

Moonfall has a plethora of great actors such as Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, Michael Pena, the legendary Donald Sutherland and Samwell Tarly himself John Bradley.

Fooled forever

Release date: February 4, 2022

If you haven’t seen the trailer yet, it’s a must-watch as it’s packed full of goodies. This movie must be seen in theaters for any fan of the old series and movies.

If you already knew this movie was on the way, then you’re already pumped or you don’t care. If you’re the first and take anything away from this movie, it’s this: these guys are risking it all, again, for us. Love it or hate it, it doesn’t matter. ‘Cause some people will cherish the fact that these crazy dudes got together for a finale Donkey.

Dog

Release date: February 18, 2022

Who doesn’t love good buddy-cop movies? They’ve had their time in the spotlight but are resurfacing a bit in Dog. People tend to criticize Channing Tatum’s performance whenever he’s on the big screen. Whether you like it or not, it has reached a new level in 21 jump street and gained a lot of new fans because of it.

Dog seems like a simple movie with an inevitably predictable story of an ex-soldier becoming friends with a dog. But they don’t bond that friendship so easily. They will endure adversity, become friends, and he will eventually have the girl. Simple and wholesome, but very necessary in the troubling times in which we still exist. When you add Bill Burr and the incredibly inspiring Ethan Suplee, we’ve made ourselves a movie.

Workshop 666

Release date: February 25, 2022

The most exciting movie on this list is undoubtedly Workshop 666. Dave Grohl wrote and stars in this amazing new horror movie alongside the rest of Foo Fighters. The band Foo Fighters move into a haunted mansion to record their new album and things get spooky.

Chicago’s Jeff Garlin and actress Whitney Cummings join the cast of this unique film. Dave Grohl is possessed in pursuit of this brand new sound, and I can’t wait to see it because it has the vibe of a great B movie.

Undoubtedly, there are plenty more movies to come in the month of February, but these stand out for a lot of reasons. What other new movies are you excited about? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.
