The actor is ready to start filming for Pushpa 2. And after finishing his filming, he was supposed to start filming Venu Sriram’s film, ICON. However, a media report states that the actor pulled out of the project and this led to the film being shelved.
ALLU ARJUN RETAINS FROM ICON: REPORT
Talking about Allu Arjun’s exit from the project, a source told Pinkvilla, “Bunny pulled out of ICON Venu Sriram for many reasons. for which he decided to abandon the film of Venu.” The report further suggests that director Venu Sriram pitched a story to actor Ram Pothineni. However, it is unknown if the film is ICON.
“Director Venu Sriram has offered a screenplay to Ram Pothineni. The director and the actor are in talks for the same. However, there is no confirmation if it is for the same movie, Icon that Allu Arjun was supposed to do or a new topic,” the source added.

On the work side, Allu Arjun will soon start filming Pushpa 2 with actress Rashmika Mandanna. Unveiling the beans of the film, Rashmika recently said, “I am living my dream because Allu Arjun Sir, I am starting with Pushpa 2. We are starting in a few days. But right now having this trailer in front of the public with M Bachchan Sir, what can I say yaar? Meanwhile, it is reported that Allu Arjun could be seen in director Surender Reddy’s upcoming film.
