Boycott Brahmastra or monitor Brahmastra? Twitter is divided
[ad_1]
After years of waiting, director Ayan Mukerji was finally able to present his magnum opus, Brahmastra. The film, starring Power Couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead, hit theaters on September 9. And that’s all Twitter is talking about right now. While some praised the cast performances and visual effects used in Brahmastra, others maintained their stance of boycotting the film. Results? Twitter is divided.
BRAHMASTRA IS THE BRAHMA ASTRA WHO CAN SAVE BOLLYWOOD, BELIEVE SOME

Another tweeted, “The pride of Indian cinema. #Brahmashtra is AMAZING. The visuals are stunning. A stunning visual effects driven spectacle. Highly recommended and a must see. The music is excellent and the direction is excellent. The magic of ‘Ayan is beyond imagination (sic).”

what a true artist #Brahmastra is! It is a film that is expected to set new standards in the Hindi film industry. There was one thing I didn’t like about it, which I can’t say because it’s a spoiler. Now please give us part 2 already! #AyanMukerji @aliaa08 #BrahmastraReview pic.twitter.com/EAGRHXaW6v

#Brahmastra A subpar fantasy adventure that had an interesting storyline/setup but is hampered by weak writing and storyline
The film showed potential and had some good sequences, but most of them fell short and the film lacked emotions and highs.

#Brahmastra 1st half:
The marriage of outstanding special effects and action sequences is truly top notch. The scientist killed him
The rudimentary dialogues for children’s audiences and the surface-level love story stop the interest but
Best hindi interval block

Brahmastra, part one: Shiva completely blew me away. My first experience with a Bollywood movie and it totally got me. It’s very Avengers/Marvel and the 2 hour 40 minute runtime actually flew by. Packed with action and beautiful visuals, this is a must see!#Brahmastra pic.twitter.com/hYPF579te8

Ayan Mukerji bows out! Brahmastra’s fire is truly magical and spectacular. Made in India VFX is a winner in every scene. Ranbir-Alia plays their roles well, Mouni is excellent as a nemesis and that SRK cameo comes from paisa vasool! #Brahmastra #brahmastra

Surprised to see how #AyanMukerji when he was only 29 could think of making a movie like #Brahmastra. A vision that I believe has really paid off. I have just finished watching the press show and I must say this is a film which I am proud to say is ‘Made In India’.

The last moments of untouched excitement of pure possibility and pure, unbridled #Brahmastra buzz before the show starts and the reality of the movie comes to life in our minds. Bring the Astra verse 🙂 pic.twitter.com/wBhDoPTTkH

Exciting enough to book your tickets?
BUT #BOYCOTT BRAHMASTRA IS STILL TRENDING ON TWITTER
On the other hand, Boycott Brahmastra is still trending on Twitter with netizens pointing out the flaws of the ambitious film. One tweet read: “#Brahmashtra must be a bigger disaster than #LaalSinghChadha. Tell your family members, friends, co-workers not to watch it. Shame them if they still watch it. Hold on you in front of cinemas and convince people who want to watch it. #Boycott Bramhastra #BoycottbollywoodCompletely (sic).”
“#Brahmastra Strictly Average. Mediocre 1st half followed by a decent 2nd half. The concept is intriguing, the actors gave their all but completely let down by a lackluster script. The dialogues are poorly written. Apart from a few good scenes , nothing worked (sic),” said another.

I usually only trust Taran Adarsh reviews.
He is always at the forefront and does not allow himself to be intimidated by the big names.
Now it’s clear that #Brahmashtra is a disaster, expect bookings to drop from the 2nd day.
