On November 22, Kamal Haasan revealed that he had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. His Tamil tweet read: “After I returned from the US I had a mild cough. When I was tested my Covid-19 results were positive. I was quarantined in a hospital from Chennai. People should understand that Covid-19 has not disappeared and must take the greatest precaution (sic). “
