Last year on November 17, Shahid Kapoor’s film Bull was officially announced by Amar Bhutala and Bhushan Kumar. The release date was also shared by the makers of the film. The actor was supposed to play a paratrooper in the film. Shahid fans were looking forward to seeing the movie on April 7, 2023. But there is some disappointing news for them. For now, the film is delayed and Shahid himself does not know when Bulll will hit the courts. In an interview, Shahid called his film’s delay a “logistical nightmare”.


In an interview with Pinkvilla, when Shahid was asked about his film’s latest development, the actor said, “Bull isn’t happening right now because we couldn’t even get it started. It was a nightmare. logistics because of Covid. There are a lot of things that need to be worked out since the movie warrants some scale. So, we need to sit down and see if it’s possible to do Bull now, or not.


Currently, the actor is busy promoting his upcoming movie, Jersey. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, Shahid Kapoor’s film Jersey was scheduled to be released on December 31, 2021. However, the film’s release date was pushed back to April 14, 2022 due to the third wave of Covid-19.

In the film, Shahid will play the role of a cricketer. Jersey is the official Hindi remake of Nani’s hit Telugu film of the same name. On the big screen, Shahid was last seen in Kabir Singh, which was Arjun Reddy’s official Hindi adaptation of Vijay Deverakonda. Kabir Singh was one of the highest grossing movies of 2020. It was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
