Thallumaala promotions canceled as fans invade Kozhikode mall | look

Tovino Thomas’ star Thallumaala is set to hit theaters on August 12. The actors of the upcoming Malayalam film were supposed to visit the HiLITE mall in Kozhikode. However, they had to cancel the event due to an out of control crowd in the mall. Fans had flocked to the site in large numbers, which forced the makers to cancel the promotional event.

Directed by Khalid Rahman and written by Muhsin Parari and Ashraf Hamza, Thallumaala is produced by Ashiq Usman. The film stars Tovino Thomas, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Shine Tom Chacko in the lead roles. The star actors were going to promote their action comedy movie at the HiLITE mall. But organizers had to cancel the event after an out-of-control crowd at the mall. Visuals show huge crowds on all floors of the mall. A major traffic jam was reported outside the mall.

Tovino Thomas, the lead actor of Thallumaala, said on his social media handle that he had never seen such a large crowd. “I wasn’t sure I would come back alive. Thank you Kozhikode for all the love,” he added.
