WHEN LATHA PAINTS RAJINI’S FACE WITH HER LIPSTICK
Rajinikanth is always accompanied by his wife, Latha, or his two daughters. The family is very united and they often use social media to share photos from their meetings.
On February 26, Aishwaryaa Dhanush took to Instagram to share a memorable photo featuring Rajinikanth and Latha. In the photo, she can be seen painting her husband’s face with her lipstick. The viral photo shows how playful Latha and Rajinikanth were.
Aishwaryaa shared this post on the occasion of her parents’ 38th wedding anniversary. She wrote: “At 38+ !!! Glad to have you as parents … happy birthday Amma n Appa (sic).”
RAJINIKANTH AND LATHA’S LOVE STORY
Rajinikanth married Latha on February 26, 1981 at Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh. He met Latha in 1980, a year before their marriage. While filming Thillu Mullu, Latha Rangachari met Rajinikanth for an interview for a college magazine.
During the interview, Rajinikanth and Latha discovered that they had a lot of common interests. They later found out they had a connection to Bengaluru, where Rajini worked as a bus driver. Rajinikanth was drawn to her and at the end of the interview he asked if Latha would marry her.
Latha said she will have to talk to her parents first. Rajinikanth enlisted the help of many elderly people in the Tamil film industry to seek permission from Latha’s parents. Eventually, Latha’s parents agreed and they got married in 1981.
